Huawei IDI Forum 2022 in Munich

The Innovative Data Infrastructure (IDI) Forum is the global flagship event of Huawei’s data storage business. The 2022 edition took place on 12 May 2022 at the INFINITY Hotel & Conference Resort near Munich, under the motto “Green • Acceleration • Innovation”. The programme included keynotes, case studies from sectors such as healthcare and education, product launches and partner awards, among them the “Huawei Columbus Award for Best Partners”.

eventas was booked for several trades at the forum: hostesses for reception, accreditation and the award ceremony on stage, plus the hosting by Maxi Sarwas, photographers and videographers, the band and hair & make-up artists for the hostesses.

One forum, several trades from a single source

Whoever welcomes, accredits and escorts guests on stage shapes the first and last impression of an event. At the IDI Forum, our hostesses handled reception and accreditation and supported the award ceremony on stage. Dressed uniformly in white with red shoes and styled by our hair & make-up artists, they appeared as one team. The hosting was done by Maxi Sarwas. Photo, video and live music came from the same booking: one contact, coordinated processes.
