Trade fair hostesses for Moise Care at Babini Düsseldorf

Babini in Düsseldorf is a trade fair about life with babies and toddlers. From 16 to 18 October 2026, Moise Care was among the exhibitors, the care brand of Baby Moise B.V. from the Netherlands. The range runs from nappies and pants to wipes and care products for skin and hair. The brand wanted to introduce itself to parents in person.

For its stand, Moise booked a team of trade fair hostesses from eventas. Four hostesses looked after the stand on all three days of the fair.

The brief: starting conversations at the stand

At a consumer fair for young families, the walk past a stand is short. Parents with prams are, in our experience, often already on their way to the next appointment and rarely want to listen to a presentation. Moise therefore needed hostesses who approach visitors openly, stay friendly and can start a conversation without being pushy.

The sampling was a wipe to try. It is quickly explained and can be picked up straight away. From this small gesture, the conversation moved on to the brand’s other products.

The eventas team

Four hostesses were deployed in matching brown blazers with the Moise lettering, in line with the look of the stand. Before the fair, the client briefed them on the brand and the range. They could therefore answer questions about individual products.
