Trade visitors are admitted daily from 09:30 to 18:00, consumer visitors from 12:00 on 3 September and from 10:00 on the other days. The halls close daily at 18:00.
Our hostesses and hosts welcome guests at the stand, take enquiries and guide visitors to your stand team. On request they handle accreditation, cloakroom, contact capture or the supervision of meeting areas. Scope and tasks are agreed with you in advance in a briefing.
In-demand profiles are taken quickly for large fairs. We therefore recommend sending your enquiry several weeks before the fair starts. Short-notice requests are still possible depending on availability. Send us the key data on stand, days and staff requirements and you will receive an offer within 24 hours.
English is standard for all eventas trade fair hostesses. Depending on availability, hostesses with Spanish, French, Italian, Mandarin, Arabic and other languages are also available. Tell us in the briefing which languages your visitors speak.
For 2026 IFA reports more than 240,000 visitors from 155 countries and over 2,000 exhibitors from 51 countries. The figures come from the organiser; we found no independent confirmation.
