The travel and tourism industry meets in Berlin: we staff your booth with hosts, promoters and service staff who represent your destination or offer – cosmopolitan, polished and well briefed.
Since 1966, ITB Berlin has been the international leading fair for the travel and tourism industry.
Every March, destinations, tour operators, hotels, airlines and technology providers meet in Berlin. Exhibitors from all over the world present their countries, brands and offers.
For exhibitors that means: at the booth, appointment follows appointment. Anyone who wants to convince here needs staff who welcome guests, coordinate meetings and radiate calm and hospitality even in a crowd.
To keep your booth looking professional from build-up to the very end, most exhibitors combine several staff roles. We provide them all from a single source – with clear responsibilities, coordinated shift planning and one point of contact on site. The first face visitors see at your booth. Our hosts welcome guests warmly, qualify enquiries, coordinate appointments and keep the booth organised even at peak times.
Catering, bar and lounge service at a level that suits your brand. We provide service staff for booth catering, client hospitality and receptions – for example for networking lounges, tastings or business receptions.
Destination presentations, product walk-throughs or targeted engagement along the aisles. Our promoters approach visitors actively, present your offer and capture relevant contacts digitally on the spot. Every deployment starts with a briefing on your offer and key sales messages.
For stage, panel and opening at ITB Berlin we arrange hosts based in Berlin – complemented by profiles from across Germany where needed.
