Huawei Partner Convention 2024

Huawei Supply Partner Convention 2024 in Munich

On 15 November 2024, the 2024 HUAWEI European Supply Partner Convention took place at the Westin Grand Hotel in Munich. The backdrop carried the motto “Collaboration • Innovation • Build a Better World Together”. For the event day, eventas provided four hostesses for reception, registration, guidance and the award ceremony on stage.

Four hostesses, four tasks

At a convention aimed at Huawei’s European supply partners, the first impression shapes how guests experience the whole day. We therefore divided the tasks clearly and covered them with a team that appears as one.

At the reception, the hostesses welcomed guests personally. At registration, they took care of an orderly check-in. Guidance meant leading participants to the right rooms. The highlight of the programme, the award ceremony on stage, was accompanied by the hostesses as well.

A uniform look in dark dresses

All four hostesses wore dark dresses and appeared as one team. The calm, high-quality look suits the setting of an international technology company and the hotel as a venue. At events with several areas of responsibility on one day, a uniform appearance pays off: guests immediately see whom to approach.
