Since 1926, Green Week has been the international leading fair for food, agriculture and horticulture.
Every January, Messe Berlin turns into a stage for regional specialities, international cuisine, agricultural technology and horticulture. In 2027 the fair takes place for the 91st time.
For exhibitors that means: at the booth, things are tasted, explained and discussed – over ten days with large visitor numbers. Anyone who wants to stand out here needs staff who present products, hold conversations and bring energy throughout the entire run.
To keep your booth looking professional from build-up to the very end, most exhibitors combine several staff roles. We provide them all from a single source – with clear responsibilities, coordinated shift planning and one point of contact on site. The first face visitors see at your booth. Our hosts welcome guests warmly, answer first questions, take care of booth organisation and cloakroom, and keep the booth organised even at peak times.
Tasting, hospitality and lounge service at a level that suits your brand. We provide service staff for sampling stands, client hospitality and receptions – for example for tasting stations, bars or business lounges.
Product samples, live demos or targeted engagement along the aisles. Our promoters approach visitors actively, present products and capture relevant contacts digitally on the spot. Every deployment starts with a briefing on your products and key sales messages.
For stage, panel and opening at International Green Week we arrange hosts based in Berlin – complemented by profiles from across Germany where needed.
