E.ON New Energy Experience

E.ON NeX26 at the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg

NeX26 – E.ON New Energy Experience 2026 took place on 16 September 2026 at the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg. According to E.ON, it is an exclusive platform for energy flexibility, integrated mobility and strategic partnerships; access was by invitation only. Press reports put attendance at around 1,200 decision-makers, industry representatives and partners from across Europe. The guiding theme was “The Future is Now”.

The programme centred on energy flexibility, integrated e-mobility, including smart charging and electric truck fleets for logistics depots, and strategic partnerships for the next phase of the energy transition. On the same day, E.ON and BYD announced a partnership for mobility and energy solutions.

eventas supported E.ON on the day together with the Elbphilharmonie team, in two places at once: inside the building with guests, speakers and the stage, and at a parallel promotion outside.

Our tasks inside the building

At an event without public ticket sales, the first impression is made at the entrance. Together with colleagues from the Elbphilharmonie, our team handled guest accreditation, guidance and guest services throughout the building, speaker support and support for the show stage.

In a building with several levels and areas, reliable orientation matters: arriving guests should reach the right place without detours, and anyone going on stage should be able to count on a smooth running order.

In parallel: the E.ON promotion

Alongside the event inside, the E.ON promotion took place. A coffee trike serving free coffee specialities created a pleasant atmosphere and good mood among passers-by.

Our baristas ran the coffee trike. Together with our promoters, they made sure E.ON products were presented and promoted to passers-by during the coffee break.
