FIBO in Cologne is the leading trade fair for fitness, wellness and health. In 2026 it took place from 16 to 19 April at the Koelnmesse grounds. For the fitness and lifestyle brand YoungLA, we were on site with 13 brand ambassadors, working together with the YoungLA team right at the stand. The title image shows both teams together. Our brand ambassadors worked side by side with the YoungLA team at the stand. On all four fair days, eight eventas staff were scheduled each day, as promoters and as helpers. Across the four days, a total of 13 different people were on duty.

Trade fair staff for fitness and lifestyle brands

At a public fair like FIBO, the first impression at the stand decides a lot. Promoters are the face of the brand there: they approach visitors, explain products, convey the brand's attitude and keep the stand running. Helpers support in the background so the team at the front has time for conversations.

For fitness brands in particular, it matters that the staff fits the brand: in appearance, in style and in interest in the topic. That is why we put together a team for every assignment that suits the brand and the stand, and we plan the shifts so that the stand is well staffed on every fair day.

In Cologne, too, we worked with large teams in 2026: at gamescom 2026 we provided 40 promoters for five brands. For assignments on site, our Cologne event staff agency team is ready.
