On February 7 and 8, 2026, the AI Breakthrough BE European Convention took place in Munich. With around 8,000 participants, the event was an important meeting place for topics related to artificial intelligence and digital entrepreneurship. We supported the major event with a team of 40 hosts and hostesses and ensured a smooth process on site.

With a number of participants of this size, a structured organization is crucial. Our team took on central tasks in various areas:

• Accreditation & reception: Professional check-in of guests for a quick start of the event
• Cloakroom & logistics: coordination of cloakroom drop off and assistance with route guidance within the location
• Guest & VIP care: Personal support for speakers and special guests in the VIP areas
• Stage presence: Accompaniment of the award ceremony on the main stage

The particular challenge of events of this size lies in coordinating large flows of visitors in a short period of time. Thanks to our experience, we were able to react flexibly to all local requirements and make a significant contribution to the success of the convention.
