On 7 and 8 February 2026, the AI Breakthrough BE European Convention took place in Munich. With around 8,000 participants, the event was an important meeting place for topics around artificial intelligence and digital entrepreneurship. eventas supported the large-scale event with a team of 40 hosts and hostesses and ensured smooth operations on site.
The tasks of our team
With a number of participants of this size, a well-structured organisation is essential. Our team took on key tasks in four areas:
- Accreditation & receptionProfessional guest check-in for a swift start to the event.
- Cloakroom & logisticsCoordinating the cloakroom and helping guests find their way around the venue.
- Guest & VIP carePersonal support for speakers and guests of honour in the VIP areas.
- Stage presenceAccompanying the award ceremony on the main stage.
The particular challenge lies in coordinating large flows of visitors in a short period of time.
