The show takes place once a year, in 2027 from 31 January to 3 February in Cologne. From 2027, according to the organiser, ISM Ingredients for raw materials and ingredients, ISM Manufacturing for production, processing and packaging, and ISM Snacks & Sweets form a joint trade fair network. ProSweets Cologne is being absorbed into the ISM brand as ISM Manufacturing. In 2026, the audience included trade visitors from 140 countries.
