To keep your trade fair presence looking professional from build-up to the very end, most exhibitors combine several staff roles. We provide them all from a single source – with clear responsibilities, coordinated shift planning and one point of contact on site. The first face visitors see at your booth. Our hosts welcome guests warmly, qualify enquiries, handle accreditation and cloakroom, and keep the booth organised even at peak times.
Catering, bar and lounge service at a level that suits your brand. We provide service staff for booth catering, client hospitality and receptions – in parallel at several points across the grounds.
Product walk-throughs or targeted engagement along the aisles. Our promoters approach visitors actively and capture relevant contacts digitally on the spot. Every deployment starts with a briefing on your products and key sales messages.
A deployment of this size takes preparation: digital deployment planning, clear shifts and live control during the fair. That way you and we keep the overview, even when many staff work at the same time.
