Since 2020, I have been hosting events where individual programme items need to become a coherent evening. My work and my approach go far beyond an opening announcement and don’t end with the applause: I hold the red thread, guide panel discussions, provide context, catch the moment when a conversation shifts or the schedule slips, and make sure the right message lands rather than getting lost in the running order.

The breadth of that work is best illustrated by recent highlights. In Munich, I hosted the screening event for the series Kaulitz & Kaulitz across four consecutive evenings: after every two episodes I led the audience discussion, contextualised where the series stood, and kept the evening together both in content and in dramaturgy. At an education conference in Würzburg I was the connector between keynotes and panels — in front of 100 participants from education policy, schools and foundations, on a topic that demands substance. Every year I open the fashion show at Kultüren in Munich, a format that calls for pace, timing and an eye for aesthetics.

My core format is the panel. The most intensive experience was the 2026 FIFA World Cup: for six weeks I hosted live on stage for Ippen Media, discussing with personalities from the world of sport, contextualising the tournament as it unfolded. A very different extreme was an evening of eyewitness testimony — a conversation that brought history alive and above all required restraint, deep listening and sensitivity. Both are the same discipline, just at a different volume.

There is also the TV side: I have been in front of the camera at SPORT1 for six years now, hosting formats including WM Aktuell — 90 minutes live alongside experts and well-known faces from the world of sport. In the morning programme 2nach10 I was live on air, and for the SPOTLIGHT format I conducted live interviews with Ralf Schumacher, Marcell Jansen and Nils Petersen. Live television is the toughest school for timing, quick thinking and composure in your ear — and that is exactly the routine I bring to every stage.

What this means for you: you are not getting a presenter, but a conversation leader. Someone who asks the right question at the right moment, brings different perspectives together and takes the audience with them. And someone who keeps the overview even when a conversation takes an unexpected turn or the schedule starts to slip.
