DOMOTEX Hannover is the international leading trade fair for flooring and interior finishing.
The organiser is Deutsche Messe AG. The fair takes place every two years at the Hanover exhibition grounds and shows carpet, parquet and other floor coverings, increasingly also walls, ceilings, paints, wallpapers and acoustic solutions. It addresses manufacturers, retailers, tradespeople, architects and designers. The next dates are 17 to 20 January 2028.
For the 2026 edition (19 to 22 January) Deutsche Messe names more than 500 exhibitors from more than 50 countries. We did not find a visitor figure for 2026. For 2024 the trade press reported about 18,000 visitors from 140 countries.
For exhibitors this means an international trade audience, many consultations and four long show days. Anyone who wants to appear professionally needs staff who welcome guests, present products and reliably handle peak times.

The first face visitors see at your stand. Our hosts welcome guests warmly, qualify enquiries, take care of accreditation and cloakroom and keep the stand organised even at peak times.
Catering, bar and lounge operation at a level that suits the brand. We provide bar crews for stand parties, barista teams for the espresso bar and banquet staff for receptions – also in parallel across several halls.
Present products, approach visitors, capture contacts. Our promoters approach visitors actively, demonstrate products and offers and capture relevant contacts digitally on the spot. Before every deployment there is a briefing on your programme and your arguments.
Setups like this do not happen spontaneously. A large deployment of this size is backed by weeks of preparation: castings, contract handling, shift planning, outfitting, backup quotas for sickness and a central dispatcher reachable seven days a week.

Our hostesses and hosts welcome guests at the stand, take enquiries and guide visitors to your stand team. On request they handle accreditation, cloakroom, contact capture or the supervision of meeting areas. Scope and tasks are agreed with you in advance in a briefing.
