Formnext is the trade fair for additive manufacturing and industrial 3D printing along the entire process chain.
The show takes place once a year, in 2026 from 17 to 20 November in Frankfurt am Main. Exhibitor areas range from software and materials to AM systems, quality management and services. New in 2026 is the Formnext Defence Summit on 17 November. According to the organiser, the audience includes entrepreneurs, decision-makers, product designers and those responsible for production and process.

According to formnext.mesago.com, Formnext takes place from 17 to 20 November 2026 in Frankfurt am Main. For trade visitors, the show is open from Tuesday to Thursday from 09:00 to 18:00 and on Friday from 09:00 to 16:00. Stand construction runs from 12 to 16 November.

According to the organiser's final report, Formnext 2025 welcomed 804 exhibitors, 61 per cent of them from abroad, and 38,282 visitors, 47 per cent of them international. The exhibition space covered roughly 50,000 square metres gross.
