Karina Indytska was born in Ukraine, moved to Germany at the age of four and spent much of her twenties immersed in Latin American cultures. She speaks six languages, three of them at stage level – German, English and Spanish.
She studied marketing, linguistics, education and international business, and has since worked at the intersection of education, marketing and tech: learning and podcast formats at Babbel, teaching at ESEI Business School Barcelona and SBS Swiss Business School, plus leading Fuckup Nights Berlin.
As a lifelong dancer she brings stage experience – and a feel for how trust and collaboration become visible in a room. On stage that means clear direction, real conversations, nothing read off a script.
She hosts live in German, English and Spanish. She also speaks Italian, French and Russian.
Stage hosting, panels, conferences, workshops and pitch events – especially in international and multilingual settings.
She is based in Berlin and works internationally.
Congress, panel, gala or hybrid – in German and English alike.
