The permit

Without a permit, nobody may supply staff

Anyone who supplies employees to third parties in the course of their business needs a permit from the Federal Employment Agency. This is regulated by the German Temporary Employment Act (Arbeitnehmerüberlassungsgesetz, AÜG).

The permit is only granted if the agency proves its reliability. This includes orderly finances and compliance with minimum wage and collective agreements. It is first issued for a limited period and can be applied for without time limit after several years of proper operation.

eventas holds this permit. You will receive a copy on request before the assignment contract is concluded.

Designation

The contract must expressly designate the assignment as temporary agency work. The assigned person is named specifically before the assignment.
