bauma 2025 — with over 200 event workers
bauma 2025 is one of the world's most important trade fairs for the construction and machinery sector — and was also one of the biggest projects that we have had the pleasure to implement so far.
With over 200 hosts, hostesses, service staff, promoters and an experienced team leader, we were on duty throughout the trade fair. Projects of this scale require not only strong personnel, but above all precise planning, clear structures and reliable control of all processes — both in advance and live on site.
A central part of our commitment was the coordination of around 150 service personnel, who worked for DOKA and various local catering companies, among others. In the service sector in particular, a professional appearance, speed and absolute reliability are crucial — especially during busy trade fair days with an international audience.

In parallel, numerous national and international exhibitors have booked our exhibition hostesses to optimally present their brands. Our hostesses took over the management of the exhibition stands, received visitors, provided initial information and actively supported the local teams. Particularly in an international environment, it is important that the personnel employed is not only present but also has strong communication and is service-oriented.
bauma 2025 has once again shown how crucial a well-coordinated combination of recruiting, digital deployment planning and live management is. Thanks to our digital processes, we were able to react flexibly at any time, implement short-term adjustments and ensure a smooth process.
The fact that we were selected as a partner for a project of this size confirms our commitment to implement even complex and labor-intensive assignments at the highest level.
