About us

The event staffing agency eventas was founded in 2012 by Sonja Meyr-Scheibel.

In the beginning, the organisation of operational trade fairs and events was our core competence. Quickly, other projects, such as the planning of promotion campaigns and the placement of event staff, trade fair hostesses, interpreters or models, were added to our tasks.

Grid girl Agency

In 2013, we successfully established ourselves as a grid girl agency. During the Formula 1 race for the German Grand Prix, 50 of our models presented the Santander brand in a media-effective way on the starting grid of the Hockenheimring.

Today, we have around 9,000 trade fair hostesses, promoters, interpreters, presenters, grid girls and models in our database. Since we have an extensive network at our disposal, we can also handle larger international events well and flexibly.

Our high service standards and our consistent customer orientation have enabled us to convince international companies such as Panasonic, Huawei, LG, Santander, Mondelez international, DMG Mori of our performance and efficiency.

With our vast experience in promotions, we are happy to provide additional support in the planning and execution of your campaign. In the course of placing promotional personnel, we offer you the opportunity to access our database of informative sedcards.

We know that appearance is an important criterion when choosing your promo staff. Therefore, we leave the final decision on who to book to our client. However, we are happy to make recommendations based on the personality, experience and past performance of our staff.

We give you the opportunity to have a non-binding video call with potential candidates before booking. If required, we will also be happy to send you videos with a brief introduction of the candidates so that you can get a personal impression of the candidates, their language skills and their personality.
