The agency eventas was founded in 2012 by Sonja Meyr-Scheibel.
In the beginning, the organization of trade fair appearances and corporate events was our core competence. Quickly, other projects, such as the planning of promotional activities and the placement of event staff, trade fair hostesses, interpreters or models were added to our tasks.
In 2014, we successfully established ourselves as a grid girl agency. During the Formula 1 race for the “German Grand Prix”, 50 of our models presented the Santander brand with media impact on the starting grid of the Hockenheimring.
Today we have several thousand trade show hostesses, promoters, interpreters, moderators, grid girls and models in our database. Since we have an extensive network, we can also handle larger international events quickly and flexibly.
Thanks to our high service standards and consistent customer orientation, we have been able to convince renowned international companies such as Panasonic, Samsung, Huawei, LG, Santander, Great Wall Motors or DMG Mori of our capabilities and win them as customers.
We have been providing event staffing for promotions, trade shows, motorsports events and VIP events for almost 10 years now. Therefore, we have not only a high standard of professionalism, but also the appropriate experience.

We offer you the opportunity to have a non-binding video conversation with potential candidates before booking.
